I knew little to nothing about this process and had more than enough questions to ask. Nevertheles, John communicated and explained everything to me and helped me feel confident in choosing him. There are two things that I appreciate that most. One, everything was not about business from the jump. John actually ask questions to get to know me and I believe he used that information to help guide me as well. Two, John did not mind texting/calling . Whatever was convenient for me at the time, John was always available. I am more than grateful for John throughout this process.
