Starting today, November 2, 2026, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are introducing redesigned appraisal reports and updated reporting standards.

🏡 How to prepare:
✅ Plan ahead and order appraisals early when possible.
✅ Communicate proactively with buyers, sellers, lenders, and appraisers.
✅ Provide accurate property details, updates, photos, and documentation.

⏳ Some delays may occur during the transition. Existing appraisal reports aren't automatically being replaced.
