Here’s some more great news for homebuyers, owners and sellers! In addition to the recently announced increase to conforming loan limits, FHA loan limits are also being raised for 2024! FHA loans are popular for offering down payment minimums as low as 3.5% and credit score minimums as low as 580. The new FHA loan limits are available for loans with FHA case numbers on or after January 1, 2024. Contact me today to learn more!
