URGENT NEWS FOR NEW YORK BUSINESSES!

The 2026 New York State IRA mandates, also known as the New York Secure Choice Retirement Savings Program, have deadlines based on the number of employees: March 18, 2026 (30+ employees), May 15, 2026 (15–29 employees), and July 15, 2026 (10–14 employees). Employers with 10 or more employees who do not already offer a retirement plan must join the state-sponsored program by these deadlines.

March 18, 2026: For employers with 30 or more employees.

May 15, 2026: For employers with 15–29 employees.

July 15, 2026: For employers with 10–14 employees.

I recently heard read a note he had on his phone. It is some of the best advice I have ever heard.
"Break generational curses. Quit yelling at your kids before they go to bed and expect them to sleep well. Quit yelling at your kids in the morning right after they wake up before school and expect them to have a good day. You set the tone for your children. You set the tone for your voice that they will always remember in their heads. You become their inner voice. Don’t be their inner critic. Speak life, speak love, speak bravery, kindness, and hope. Speak wisdom and truth. Most of all, listen to your children.

My baby walks around telling everyone good job, giving fist bumps. I wanted to capture this moment on camera because she's so happy walking around saying good job. I hope it's because we set the tone for her; we speak love to her.

7:12 on Memorial Day. Gonna be 15 years later, this year. 15 years worth of unmade memories, obstacles navigated without you here to ask for help, triumphs that you've not been able to celebrate... The list goes on. I always remember you and always mourn you. It's been 11 years now since the hike. Still haven't gotten to publishing that book. It's done, though.

Miss you always, brother.
