I was a first time home buyer so I was not aware of the rules behind locking an interest rate. I would suggest for future home buyers to be more clear about the ability to lock an interest rate, while also explaining ability to unlock and readjust the rate if the interst rate comes down a certin amount. Overall Carlos was very attentive and answered all my questions quickly and was knowledgeable.
