This is a FIRST for me. The seller and listing agent of an OPEN JUMBO transaction reached and asked me to take a look at their scenario because their current lender hadn't gone anywhere for over a month now.

After reviewing I advised their file was an "easy file" to which they replied "really we were told its the most difficult file".

Commitment same day -- this is PROOF who you do business with matters. Let's GOOOO

The client was approved with one of my favorite BIG Banks. The experienced listing agent didn't want to do business with said BIG Bank which forced my client to look for someone else and he was referred to me. Listing agent accepted his offer once he saw a NY Broker was involved. A win win for everyone. Made some new contacts for life as everyone was truly impressed.

Not all Loan officers are equal. This client was working with another lender. File wasn't going anywhere. After reviewing the file I realized it just needed to be structured properly. Submission to CTC in 11 days is unheard of in NY. Let's GOOOO.
