If you’re planning to buy a home in the coming months, here’s a little mortgage tip to keep in mind:

Be careful with those “Buy Now, Pay Later” purchases! 💳

Klarna • Affirm • Afterpay • Zip • PayPal Pay Later • Apple Pay Later & others may need to be documented during the mortgage process.

If you’re using one of these services, we may need documentation showing:
✔️ Current balance
✔️ Monthly payment
✔️ Payment status
✔️ Remaining payments/due dates
✔️ Borrower’s name

And if you’ve already paid it off, we may need documentation showing the account has a zero balance or has been completed.

🎁 My advice? Enjoy the holiday season, but if buying a home is on your 2027 wish list, let’s talk BEFORE making big purchases or opening new accounts.
