He and Will were truly the only people involved in the entire transaction who consistenly responded to my calls and questions quickly. No matter how crazy things got with delays and curveballs from the other side of the transaction, he always remained positive and reassuring. As a first time buyer and a complicated title, having someone actually answer me with knowledge and reassurance, and not just treat us like another file on the desk was something I was not awarded from the other parties involved. We ABSOLUTELY recommend Kurt.
