California Fair plan Rates increased over 29% today.
I wanted to share some exciting news! Farmers Insurance has expanded its coverage footprint in California, opening up additional opportunities to insure homes in areas previously considered difficult to insure due to wildfire exposure.
This is great news for homebuyers and lenders who have struggled to find homeowners insurance in certain fire zones.
As Farmers Insurance agents, we now have the opportunity to review more properties that may not have qualified for coverage in the past.
