Kevin and Megan attended the Eastern Panhandle Entrepreneurs Forum’s Business Connect & Resource Expo the other week, and we were thrilled to be part of such a great event!

We had the opportunity to set up a vendor table alongside so many incredible local businesses and organizations, all coming together to provide valuable resources to support business owners and entrepreneurs.

As an independent insurance agency, we know that protecting your business is an important part of building it for the long term. Whether you’re a new entrepreneur or an established business, commercial insurance can help protect the business you’ve worked so hard to build - from your property and equipment to your employees, customers, and day-to-day operations.

Kayla recently helped one of our customers rescue his little four-legged passenger from his vehicle!

We had an incredible time celebrating with Erie Insurance at their annual ABM event! 🎉

The event is always a great opportunity to celebrate agency achievements, reflect on the numbers and milestones from the past year, and connect with other agencies and industry partners. 📊🤝

Some of our team had a blast participating in the Eastern Panhandle Board of REALTORS, Inc. Bowling Tournament yesterday! It was a fun afternoon spent connecting with fellow business leaders and community partners, throwing a few strikes (and maybe a few gutter balls 😄), and jamming to some great music. 🎳🎶

Even better, the event supported two incredible organizations making a difference in our community - The Boys & Girls Club of the Eastern Panhandle and Healthy Smiles. We're always grateful for opportunities to have fun while giving back to causes that positively impact local families.

A big thank you to the EPBR for hosting such a fantastic event. We can't wait for next year! 🎉

Shoutout to our co-owner, Amy Groves, for sharing her expertise during "Managing Risk Without Losing Sleep: A Practical Guide for Small Businesses," hosted by the Jefferson County WV Chamber of Commerce! 👏💼

Small business owners juggle enough every day without constantly worrying about contracts, liability, cyber threats, and compliance. Amy joined an outstanding panel of local experts, including Lauren Epperly of Elevate Financial Group, LLC and Sally Edwards of IE Resilience, with Chris Cox of Bowles Rice LLP serving as moderator, to break down practical ways business owners can protect what they've worked so hard to build. Attendees walked away with valuable insights on protecting their business assets, avoiding common pitfalls, understanding risk before it becomes a problem, and taking advantage of local resources to stay one step ahead.

Thank you to the Jefferson County Chamber for bringing together such a knowledgeable panel and creating opportunities for local businesses to learn, connect, and grow! 👏
