This month, we're proud to shine a spotlight on Berkeley Senior Services as our September Bodwell Give Back recipient. 💙

Bodwell VP Michele Terwilliger and CEO Jonathan Bodwell met with BSS Executive Director Amy Orndoff this week to present a donation in support of the 3rd annual Senior Hero Dinner, a special evening honoring their 2026 Heroes, while also raising important funds to support the organization’s work in our community.

We're honored to support Berkeley Senior Services, and we encourage others consider investing into this incredible organization. Whether you give a donation, volunteer time, or simply help spread the word, it can make a real difference in the lives of local seniors. Berkeley Senior Services provides a network of services that helps local seniors remain independent, connected, and active members of our community. Their work also supports caregivers and creates opportunities for connection, care, and companionship for older adults.

Good Food, Good Questions & A Whole Lot of Medicare Knowledge! 🍽️📚

That’s what was on the menu at two recent Medicare 101 events hosted by Bodwell Insurance Solutions! We had great turnouts at both Martinsburg Diner and Oakridge Family Restaurant in Hagerstown, with plenty of good conversation, great questions, and helpful information about navigating Medicare.

Who says you can’t have your Medicare questions answered over dinner? 😉

These gatherings are a great way to learn, ask questions, and get a better understanding of your Medicare options—all while enjoying a meal and good company.

Valley Health will no longer accept UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage plans beginning October 1 — and members are being notified now.

🎒📚 This August, our Bodwell Give Back Campaign is proud to support Main Street Martinsburg's Back to School Bash. Every child deserves to start the school year with confidence and the supplies they need to succeed.

This week Jonathan Bodwell and Michele Terwiliger presented our donation to Main Street Martinsburg Director, Robby Blair to help purchase backpacks that will be distributed during their annual Back to School Bash.

It's an honor to partner with organizations like Main Street Martinsburg that work tirelessly to strengthen our community.

As students get ready to head back to school, we're proud to play a small part in helping them begin the year equipped for success. We wish all of our students, teachers, and families a safe, fun, and successful school year!

What a wonderful day at the AARP Picnic at War Memorial Park! ☀️

For the fourth consecutive year, the Bodwell Insurance Agency team was honored to be invited to participate in this annual event. Jonathan Bodwell shared valuable information about Medicare, answered attendees' questions, and discussed ways to recognize and prevent all kinds of fraud—helping community members feel more informed and confident about their healthcare decisions.
