Still mailing checks to pay your bills? There may be a safer way! ✉️

If you do mail a check, avoid window envelopes that can expose personal information. For recurring bills, consider setting up automatic payments directly with the company or using Bill Pay through your financial institution.

Automatic payments can help reduce the risk of checks being lost or stolen in the mail, and you won’t have to remember to send that check every month. 🔒

Meet Gavin, Nick, and Jake, the guys behind a whole lot of the technology our use every day. When something stops working, or decides to only break on a random Tuesday when it’s raining, these are the guys who come to the rescue... Usually with an energy drink in hand.

They keep our systems running and help protect our members’ information behind the scenes. And considering they solved 3,399 tickets in 2025, we’d say help really is on the way when we need them. 🧡👏

Lesa started her Embers career on the teller line, and today she’s an Operations Specialist who has become a pretty irreplaceable part of our Ops team. How has it already been 30 years?! 🤯

If you ask the people who work with Lesa, you’ll hear pretty quickly just how much she means to them. She’s the person you want beside you when a card dispute turns into a beast, the coworker who makes any day better, and a friend to so many who have been lucky enough to work alongside her over the years.
