My husband and I are in our 70's, and need a little extra help understanding everything. They all couldn't have been more patient and willing to help us. I think I called Lane about five times the day before our closing, and she answered the phone with a smile every time. As a matter of fact, everyone on the Guild team either answered the phone immediately, or called me right back. I would highly recommend Lane and the Guild mortgage team.
