Team time on the Rappahannock River! 🦀

We got to have the whole team together for a day of hanging out on the river, cruising on the boat, eating some crabs, and making plenty of memories!

So thankful for a team that knows how to work hard and have a whole lot of fun together! ❤️

Welcome Karol to the Team!

We’re excited to welcome Karol to our team this summer as an intern! He’s joining us to learn from the team, bring his energy and ideas, and grow through the experience— and we can’t wait for him to be part of what we’re doing.

Karol is a Sophomore at Virginia Commonwealth University, studying Business Administration with a minor in Risk Management and Insurance. He’s also planning to pursue a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) after he finishes his undergraduate degree. He’s originally from Richmond, VA, where he was born and raised.

In his free time, Karol is a huge fan of classic cars—he’s a member of several local classic car clubs and enjoys driving and working on classic cars. He’s also a dedicated pool player, with a 9-foot Gandy pool table at home, and he enjoys playing 8-Ball and 9-Ball. Karol has been playing for years and is a member of the American Poolplayers Association (APA).

Welcome Erika to the Team!

We’re excited to welcome Erika to our team this summer as an intern! She’ll be joining us to learn, grow, and be part of everything we’re building together.

Erika is a student at the University of South Carolina, studying Insurance & Risk Management in the Darla Moore School of Business, with a minor in Leadership Studies. She’s from Midlothian, VA, and here’s a fun fact—she fosters cats at her college’s local animal shelter! 🐾

Outside of work, you can often find Erika cuddling with her cat, Cheeto, at the gym, or taking outdoor walks.
