📍 Position Details:
• Full-time, in-office role
• Location: Henrico, VA 23233
• Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
💼 Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with insurance policies and coverage options
• Answer questions and provide excellent customer service
• Process policy changes, payments, and claims support
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Support daily office operations
✅ Qualifications:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• VA Property & Casualty License(or willingness to obtain)
• Positive attitude and team player mindset
