Even Jake from State Farm agrees… Tracy is the best boss around. ❤️ not just 9-5 but all the time 🙌
Full of energy, always positive, and constantly on the move, Tracy keeps all of us going. But more than that, she cares deeply for her team, treats us like family, and would do anything for any of us. We are so lucky to have a boss who leads with heart, compassion, and a whole lot of love.
Jake may wear the khakis, but Tracy wears the crown. 👑😂

She’s truly one of a kind—always supporting our team, planning the fun, and going above and beyond every day.
