🧮 A mortgage payment is more than principal and interest.

Your complete estimated housing payment may also include:

✔ property taxes
✔ homeowners insurance
✔ mortgage insurance
✔ flood insurance, when applicable
✔ HOA or condominium fees

That is why two homes with the same purchase price can have very different monthly payments.

Before deciding what price range to shop in, let’s look at the entire payment—not just the number shown on a listing website.

Clear expectations lead to better decisions.
