A 2-1 Buydown gives you a little extra breathing room during those first two years of homeownership!

✨ Year 1: Interest rate is 2% lower than your note rate.

✨ Year 2: Interest rate is 1% lower than your note rate.

✨ Year 3+: Your full note rate applies.

That means lower initial monthly mortgage payments, giving you more room in your budget for moving expenses, furniture, and all those unexpected costs that come with a new home!
