It was a great day for student and community partners interaction at the Loudoun County Public Schools’ Loudoun Workforce Summit! 💪

Our CEO Michael Falvey and CXO Amanda Ivicic both attended, spoke on panels, and conducted mock interviews with students.

We also ran into friends from the Loudoun Education Foundation, loudounbiz, rally9creative and more!

Amanda had us hanging on every word as she shared how her life changed as the world around her changed. While some things were out of her control, she found what she was looking for and built a new family from two parents and kids.

What a beautiful weekend in Waterford! 🍂

Loudoun Credit Union was proud to sponsor the 81st Waterford Fair and spend a few days celebrating the people, traditions and small communities that make Loudoun County such a special place to call home.

From Waterford to the many towns and villages across the county, Loudoun’s character has always been shaped by neighbors who show up for one another, preserve what makes their communities unique, and build something worth passing along to the next generation.

That spirit feels a lot like home to us. For nearly 50 years, LCU has been proud to grow alongside the communities we serve, and we loved being part of a weekend that brought so many of them together.

Last Monday, Loudoun Credit Union had the honor of playing in the Loudoun Education Foundation’s 25th Annual Golf Classic, and catching up with longtime LCU member Peter Fulcer. ⛳

Peter is one of LEF’s founding trustees and remains an active trustee emeritus. He’s also one of Loudoun Credit Union’s early members and the patriarch of four generations of proud LCU members!

Peter’s commitment to our community is reflected in the organizations he has helped strengthen over the years. CEO Michael Falvey enjoyed catching up with him while supporting the students and educators of Loudoun County Public Schools through our continued partnership with LEF.

What a night for Loudoun Credit Union!

We were incredibly honored to have our new home in Historic Downtown Leesburg recognized at the Loudoun Preservation Society’s Preservation Awards & Reception.

For us, this recognition is about much more than a building. It celebrates what can happen when a visionary property owner, local businesses, government, architects, contractors, regulators and community partners work together to bring new life to a historic corner of downtown.

After 48 years, LCU is proud to be back where our story began, right in the heart of Leesburg. And we’re grateful to everyone who helped us create a home that honors the history around us while giving our members a place to build what comes next.

What a weekend in downtown Leesburg! 🎶

We had a great time supporting the 2026 crossroads_music_fest, and an even better time putting our new Community Room to work as the festival’s Volunteer Hospitality space! 🙌

LCU team members helped welcome and support the volunteers who kept music playing throughout downtown all weekend.

It was exactly the kind of community connection we envisioned when Loudoun Credit Union made 6 West Market Street our new home.

We love being part of the energy of downtown Leesburg, especially when it gives us another opportunity to support local organizations doing great work, including our friends at the Loudoun Education Foundation 💙

Thank you to everyone who performed, volunteered, organized and came out to enjoy the festival. We’re proud to be part of this community, and to have a space where we can help bring people together.
