This table is where I spent 2.5 hours on my first appointment with my biggest referral partner before I knew she was going to work with me.

When I asked her to coffee I was so nervous she would say "no" but she surprised me with a "yes"!

We had the best conversation and I was hopeful it would evolve into us working together but she told me she couldn’t work with me because her best friend was a lender.

Fast forward a few follow ups after our coffee meeting at this table and we (eeeek) started working together!!!

A few months after that and she said she was going to send me all of her referrals!

We did team meetings at her office, we hosted events together, we donated time to charity, and most of all, we served people at a high level.

I am thankful for this table.

It probably isn’t special to many others but this table has provided food for my family and a thriving business built to serve people at the highest level.

Are Jumbo Loans big?

We’re glad you asked. 😂

A Jumbo Loan is a mortgage that exceeds the conventional conforming loan limit for your area...which typically means you're financing a higher-priced home and borrowing a larger amount.

So yes... technically, they ARE big.

But the good news? “Jumbo” doesn't have to mean complicated. The right Loan Officer can help you understand your options and figure out what makes sense for your situation.

There is never enough time in the day. That’s not going to change.

What can change is what you’re spending your time on.

If your goal is to become a Top Producer, you have to believe you can, know what systems are going to grow your business, and actually show up and do them week after week, whether you feel like it or not.

That’s the big secret- Mindset. Systems. Consistency.

Mindset: You’re not going to accomplish a goal you don’t believe you can accomplish.

Systems: You can’t rely on willpower to build a career.

Consistency: The multiplier that makes the other two work.

If the activities that move your business aren’t on your calendar this week, that’s the reason you aren’t where you want to be yet.

Save this for next Monday morning to keep the consistency going.
