Meet Jackie, our Senior Branch Office Administrator.
For 19 years, Jackie has been the first voice clients hear when they call and the first face they see when they visit our office.
From scheduling appointments and researching processes to helping clients navigate administrative needs, Jackie works behind the scenes to create a welcoming and efficient experience for everyone who walks through our doors. She also spends considerable time paying it forward by helping colleagues across the firm achieve their own professional goals.
Jackie believes strong relationships begin with exceptional service—and she's not willing to accept anything less.
When she's not in the office, Jackie enjoys spending time with her husband, Jerry, and daughters, Ella and Emily. She is passionate about giving back to her community, serving as captain of a Walk to End Alzheimer's team each year and volunteering through her church in a variety of outreach and youth programs.
Most mornings, you'll find Jackie in the kitchen before work, whipping up something delicious—usually with plenty of butter and sugar. Baking is one of her favorite creative outlets, and she enjoys continually honing her craft. Fortunately, family and friends are always willing to serve as taste-testers.
