FCCB We’ll Make it Happen for You! Welcome to the official FCCB page! A simple philosophy can lead a company to great rewards. Just ask them!

Treat your customers, your employees, and your communities with respect and you will earn their loyalty. Our strategy has never been about selling products, but instead about finding ways to help make life more rewarding for our customers. For two years in a row, we were voted the number one Bank in Pennsylvania by our customers for trust and satisfaction. In a Forbes nationwide customer survey, f

inancial institutions were rated on overall recommendations and satisfaction, as well as trust, terms and conditions, branch services, digital services, and financial advice. First Citizens ranked in a top position two years in a row. This honor isn’t about financial performance, but instead recognizes us for taking care of our customers and their families, which is what being a Community Bank is all about. Our employees make the difference! This recognition is about them and for that we thank them for this distinction. We believe happy customers are a key component of the community-banking standard. In fact, according to a 2016 American Bankers Association study, Community Banks notched the highest customer satisfaction scores. They consistently earned the highest scores for courtesy and helpfulness, and respondents said they were more satisfied with the call center experience they experienced at Community Banks. Our vision at First Citizens is to remain a highly successful, independent community bank. We remain honored and humbled by the recognition we receive for our efforts. Voted the Best in State Bank by our customers in a Forbes survey in 2018 and 2019. Ranked one of the top-performing community banks in the Nation for 13 consecutive years by American Banker. Recognized as one of the top Ag Lending Banks in the Nation, one of only two headquartered in Pennsylvania. Consistently awarded 5-star ratings from Bauer Financial, Inc., an organization that analyzes the financial condition of banks in our Nation. FCCB is headquartered in Mansfield, Pennsylvania. Giving back is always time well spent! Clocking in some volunteer hours last week, several FCCB team members from the Delaware region headed over to the Food Bank of Delaware. They spent the afternoon stocking shelves, assisting shoppers, and helping the amazing pantry staff.

We recently hosted a Senior Safety Seminar at our Justa Farm branch, where Brian Haluska from Mercer Bucks Technology pulled back the curtain on "Human Hacking." One story stood out as a vital lesson for all of us: the story of Jane.

Jane is a highly successful professional who lost $250,000 to a scammer she met on LinkedIn. It wasn’t a computer virus that cost Jane her savings; it was a carefully crafted relationship built on trust, empathy, and a "slow burn" of manipulation.

Swipe through to see the red flags that targeted Jane and learn how to protect yourself and your family. In an age of high-tech fraud, the most important rule remains: The best firewall is a pause.

Terri Weber, Christine Menser, and Amy Saul attended the Delaware Alliance for Nonprofit Advancement 2026 Impact Conference last Friday, joining nonprofit leaders from across Delaware to discuss community growth and innovation.

While there, our team discussed various ways we support the work of local nonprofits. This includes FCCB Academy, a financial literacy tool available for co-branding at no cost, and specialized nonprofit checking accounts. They also highlighted our fraud protection services and business credit cards, which were designed so that executive directors do not have to act as personal guarantors. Feeling confident with money is a life skill everyone deserves. We feel privileged that over 20 local schools welcomed us into their classrooms to share our expertise during Financial Literacy Month! Our team reached over 1,500 students with presentations ranging from 'needs versus wants' to basic counting skills. We are already looking forward to returning to the classroom next year!

Heidi took the stage to play "Financial Feud" with 3rd - 6th graders this month. One of the top questions: "Name one of the 7 US Bills." Do you think you could name them all, and the faces on them, under the pressure of the buzzer?

Mr. Manikowski welcomed us into his sixth grade math class at Blossburg Elementary School last Friday to discuss the practical side of the numbers they study every day. We spent the morning talking with the students about why it is never too early to start a savings habit and how small, consistent choices can help them reach their long-term goals. It was great to see them apply their math skills to real-world money habits and hear their ideas for the future.
