We’re excited to officially welcome Rob Goldfarb to our team!🎉

As an Associate Financial Advisor, he’s fully licensed and works alongside Stephanie to support your financial needs. He can help with trades, account servicing, and goal planning—everything you’d typically come to Stephanie for.

Rob joined Edward Jones 16 years ago and spent much of that time in the St. Louis headquarters training and coaching branch teams. What drew him here is his passion around working with clients one on one to understand their story and what matters most to them, helping them turn their goals into reality. He’s drawn to the deep relationships that we have with our clients and to be able to truly make an impact on their lives. Outside of the office, Rob enjoys cooking, watercolor painting (despite his color-blindness) and planning his next US National Park trip. Fun fact: Rob grew up in the Philadelphia area and moved to the Midwest after his first year of high school! He misses the great cheesesteaks and pizza, but feels right at home here with some good KC BBQ. We’re thrilled to have Rob join our team. Please join us in welcoming him!

After beginning the year with markets pricing in multiple rate cuts, a sharply accelerating labor market and energy-driven inflation have meaningfully shifted the outlook toward potential policy tightening — creating a more complex backdrop for equities and fixed income alike. Many retirees look forward to traveling more in retirement — and the most enjoyable trips often start with a plan. Thinking ahead about how you want to travel, budgeting for the unexpected and prioritizing comfort can make a big difference in both cost and enjoyment.

With fewer calendar constraints and greater flexibility, travel may suddenly feel more possible in retirement.www.edwardjones.com/us-en

As investors look beyond Middle East tensions, U.S. economic fundamentals are coming into sharper focus, driven by an accelerating AI investment and robust corporate profit growth, reinforcing the constructive case for equities. However, elevated inflation may keep rate cuts off the table and limit near-term progress in bond markets.

Senior Economist James McCann explains what this could mean for investors in our Weekly Market Wrap.

Kate Thompson, Branch Office Administrator, just returned from Washington D.C., where she met with U.S. lawmakers to champion meaningful financial policy changes for American families.

As part of the Edward Jones Grassroots Task Force, she joined more than 100 financial advisors and client support professionals for hundreds of meetings on Capitol Hill, all focused on policies that aim to help every generation achieve financial fulfillment.

She tackled three areas where policy can deliver on that promise.
-Supporting America’s 50 million caregivers who sacrifice their retirement to care for loved ones.
-Breaking down barriers that keep people from saving early or participating fully in retirement plans.
-Fixing unfair tax treatment that penalizes families who invest in mutual funds for the long term.

The theme of the Summit, Financial Fulfillment for Every Generation, wasn’t just a slogan. It’s what these policy reforms would actually deliver. And lawmakers heard that message loud and clear.

Serving on the Task Force is one of the most tangible ways Kate gets to live out the Edward Jones purpose. Making a real difference for clients, colleagues, and communities through advocacy that matters.

Emotions and investing usually don’t mix well. Fear, excitement and panic often push investors to buy high, sell low or abandon their strategy altogether.

Before reacting to the latest headline, pause and reconnect with your long term goals. Your retirement, your family’s future and your legacy may depend on it.

Too often, our emotions can be a barrier to our investment success. In these situations, it’s important to take a timeout and remember why you’re investing.
