🚨 Condo Financing Update 🚨

Bad news: ❌
Fannie and Freddie are phasing out limited reviews which is what I’ve relied on for conventional condo loans.

I typically advise my clients to put 10–20% down so we can use a limited review and keep things simple. Without that option, more transactions will require full reviews, and a lot more condos won’t qualify.

Good news: ✅
I’m aligned with 20+ non-QM lenders that offer strong options for non-warrantable condos- with competitive pricing and flexible guidelines.

Bottom line: condos aren’t going away… you just need the right strategy (and lender).

If you’re thinking about buying a condo, let me take a look before you fall in love with it.

League City Ranked 8th Best City to Move to in Texas

After analyzing key metrics—including safety, education, health care, and affordability— Consumer Affairs recently ranked League City eighth on its list of top cities to move to in Texas.

The other Houston suburb to make the top 10 was Sugar Land, in seventh place. Within key metrics, League City ranked first in healthcare and education and seventh in safety.
