I'm usually not one for celebratory posts, but this special closing deserves a spotlight. Not only did Mr. and Mrs. Guzman start as clients, but they evolved into cherished friends throughout our journey together. I successfully helped the Guzmans secure a loan after they were initially turned down by three mortgage lenders. We triumphantly closed with a CTC VA Manual Underwritten Loan in just 14 days.
