The 2024 conforming loan limits are now in effect!

The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) sets these limits so U.S. housing money flows smoothly. The limits change each year according to home prices. The new limits have risen to $766,550, so you can apply for larger loan amounts, with more flexibility.
