✅ Credit Score: If you have a credit score of 640 or higher, you're on the right track! Don't worry if your score falls below that threshold; we can assist you in improving it.
✅ Income Limit: If your annual income is less than $128,250 (in Polk County), you could qualify for this program. Let's help you achieve homeownership without breaking the bank!
✅ Loan Amount: Looking to borrow less than $472,030 (FHA) or $726,200 (Conventional or VA)? Great! We've got options tailored to your needs.
✅ Full-Time Employment: If you work a minimum of 35 hours per week for a company with a physical location in Florida, you're in the right place! We want to help hardworking individuals like you achieve their homeownership goals.
But here's the catch: not all lenders are approved to offer Florida Housing programs. 😮 We've had qualified buyers in the past who were told they didn't qualify, only to discover that the information came from a non-approved lender! Don't let that happen to you.
