3️⃣ File Goes to Underwriting

Once you’re under contract on a home, your full file is submitted to underwriting.
This is where the lender officially verifies:
• Income
• Assets
• Credit
• Property details

📌 Underwriting does NOT happen until you’re under contract.



4️⃣ Conditions & Verifications

Underwriting may request additional documents or clarifications. 📑 This is normal — it’s part of making sure everything checks out.
