We will never forget. 25 years ago today, nearly 3,000 Americans woke up and went about an ordinary day. They never came home. We remember the victims and their families, the first responders who rushed toward danger, and the service members who answered the call. By nightfall, the skyline had changed, thousands of families were shattered, and America had entered a dark age. Today is first and foremost about remembering the 2,977 lives stolen and the many heroes who ran toward danger that day.
We remember them. We should never stop.“Let’s roll!”
