Is the difference in the interest rates REALLY keeping you from buying your dream home?

First off, everyone keeps waiting for "rates to go back down"... but really we just see them staying pretty consistent where they are. Rates fluctuate but the difference in the principal & interest may not be as much as you think.

A little budgeting goes a long way! 📈📊
It may be an adjustment as small as going out to
eat one less time a month.

A rate increase in most cases is not a life altering payment difference. And if rates drop significantly in the future? We look into refinancing. Do not sit on the sideline and let houses pass you by. Do not let interest rate keep you from really looking at the numbers.

This example is based off a purchase price of $300,000 with a loan to value of $285,000 (5% down). Interest rates of 5.5% and 6.5% with principal & interest payments as noted. Example is based off a generic 800 credit score. Rates and payments subject to change based on your own personal scenario.
