Helping people become homeowners when they thought they could never afford to own a home is why I'm a mortgage lender. I love walking clients through the mortgage lending process and advising them about their home loan options. I never want borrowers to feel as if they are a case file number or just a transaction. To me, they're people I consider friends for life, so I treat them with respect, res

pond to them promptly and care for them in a way that lets them know how much I value our time together. NMLS #186568, NC -184116, SC -186568, FL , TN #102604, VA -34625.

We celebrated 2025 year end numbers last Friday night and had such a great time with our work family. Congratulations to all the award winners on each and every achievement!!

I feel so proud to stand in this group of President's Club award winners. We know firsthand how much hard work, dedication and sacrifice it sometimes takes to provide the best service/experience we can throughout the mortgage process. We are thankful for MIG and the support they provide to us. The fact we are celebrated and get to attend such a wonderful event means so much.

Most of all, we appreciate every single client, every single referral partner, every single friend in the business, and every single repeat client that keeps coming back. We are so thankful for your trust, encouragement and thoughtfulness in this business (that seems to get crazier by the day). We count it a privilege and blessing to get to help your family, clients, and friends. THANK YOU!

This year has already started off a record year for us. We can't wait to see what the rest of this year holds.

We are expected to communicate. We communicate to our Borrowers (Buyers), to both Realtors (sometimes literal TEAMS of people), to the title companies, to the insurance agents.. to a lot of people.

With that being said, we expect the same communication from everyone else involved in the transaction.

Enter example: file is clear to close two weeks early = everyone happy. Closing is moved up and we find out the day before the new close date = chaos. The Buyer messaged after hours asking about how much money to bring to the closing table and that is the only way we knew closing was taking place the next morning. It may seem non-problematic, but insurance effective dates have to be updated... figures need to be adjusted to the new close date (updated closing disclosure). To make matters more intense, closing was scheduled in the morning so not only did we have to get everything updated... but we have to get a wire to the title company. After all no money = no close.

Long story short- we communicate and we rely on everyone else to, too! Happy Monday!

Always thankful for every kind word we get!

Things to take seriously..... your closing could be delayed because of someone else. Especially if you are using a co-signer or are receiving gift funds. We warn you upfront that transparency and urgency/responsiveness is a must to make things flow smoothly.

If we don't know about gift funds until after the start of the process, it most certainly can complicate your loan or even delay your final approval.

If we are having issues with a co-signer, signing their loan application or sending their documentation in, it will cause delays.

Just two small things to know going into the mortgage process that can create big problems! We are here to help!

It's been a minute since we've posted on social media. We are extremely busy and for that, we are very thankful! Here's a very basic overview of the significant differences between our fees vs. GVC Mortgage. As a Buyer, comparing is always a good idea before committing or locking your interest rate in with someone. Knowledge is power! As a Realtor, if*** this deal was asking for closing costs to be paid by the Seller- you'd be asking for significantly
more concessions and might possibly lose a deal or get passed up on an offer. These kind of things are important!! Especially when we all want the best for our clients. We are here to help!

People talk about paying your mortgage off early by making extra payments. Well... what could that look like for you? Let's talk about making just ONE extra principal payment a year.

Your mortgage process doesn't have to suck. Period. Friendly reminder.
