What a week of fulfillment & connection last week!✨
Last week, I had the opportunity to attend the District Advisor Workshop Monday through Thursday connecting with fellow DAs, sharing experiences, and learning from one another as we continue to grow as leaders.
One of the highlights was celebrating my graduation from a 15-month Field-to-Enterprise Leadership Cohort alongside some incredible people. Thank you to Matt Hirst for his insight and facilitation during this experience. Thankful for the picture with the NDAO, John Osarczuk and President/CEO, Mark Steffe. Receiving this plaque was a meaningful milestone representing months of leadership development, assessments, coaching, workshops, project work, and a capstone project that allowed us to share our ideas and learn from one another.
This journey challenged me to think more strategically, strengthen my communication, and continue developing the skills needed to lead with purpose and make a meaningful impact. Most importantly, it reinforced the value of learning alongside others who are equally committed to growing, leading, and making a difference.
Congratulations to my fellow cohort graduates and award recipients! I’m grateful for the opportunity to learn from such an exceptional group of leaders and excited to put these experiences into action as we continue to serve our clients, support our communities, and succeed together.
