When it comes to , some people have too little and some people have too much. None of those are good, it’s obvious to that having too little savings isn’t good but why having too much aren’t either?

It's hard to block out the noise today with social media having a low barrier of people sharing their opinions and the ability of the spreading information rapidly. When The specter of tariffs and a possible trade war has loomed large over financial markets in recent weeks, with stock prices tumbling. Whenever people find out that Mandarin is my mother tongue, they always tell me they want to learn it.

Well, here is my new goal- I want people to start approaching me and asking me to teach them financial literacy the moment they find out I’m a financial advisor.

It's been a bit over a month since we moved to Killeen and I was able to attend so many networking events to meet all the new people.

This is our VERY FIRST actual duty station by a large Army base even though it’s almost 5 years for me being an spouse. I just want to say THANK YOU to all the new people that I've met so far, showed me around so far, befriended with me so far.

My newest commitment is to regularly provide free financial education lessons to military spouses, create a safe environment for them to share their questions regardless of their backgrounds.

The topics will be mainly about:

*What's the right way to spend your paycheck?
*How to manage your debt?
*What are the military benefits that you're currently enjoying but may disappear?
*Do you truly understand the purpose of investment?
*What happens to the money that's put in your TSP/401K or other retirement plan?
*How much credit score would matter in the event of major purchase?
*How to mitigate the potential catastrophic loss?

I was able to host very first gathering this week, and I had a great time with those who showed up even though the weather wasn't to promising. It's just the beginning and there will be more to come up.
