This weekend, the First Command Houston team was honored to join DAV Chapter 233 in Rosenberg for an event focused on veterans and the organizations that support them.

For us, being part of the military and veteran community is about more than what we do professionally. It’s about building relationships, listening, serving, and staying connected to the people and organizations making a difference.

The Houston First Command Office held a District Realignment Meeting yesterday, bringing together team members to align on shared responsibilities, strategic goals, district strengths, and opportunities for improvement.
Through collaborative discussion and engagement, the team identified key initiatives and ideas to strengthen our collective efforts and support the continued growth of the district. Together, we developed a shared vision and value proposition that provides a clear path forward and reinforces our commitment to serving clients and supporting advisor success. As part of this new chapter, the team recognized the importance of establishing a new district identity, including the selection of a new district name that reflects our unified vision and future direction.

A special thank you to Jacqueline Brassfield from our Home Office for her support, facilitation, and contributions in helping make this a highly productive and successful event.
