Cleared to close in 3 days! Might be my personal record..

I’ll share more details about the transaction at another time, but this borrower is already cleared to close! That means that we are ready for loan closing 3 weeks early. That means less stress for you as the buyer, less stress for you as the agent, and less stress for me!

These clients were some of the most patient clients I’ve ever worked with. After they went under contract on two different homes and had things fall through because of problems, they found this beauty! I’m so happy for them too, because it’s never easy to fall in love with a few different houses, get them under contract, and then have problems come up.

Jon was very patient the whole time too, which certainly helps with the stress on the buyer AND sellers sides!
