Often there was mortgage jargon thrown at me but, Kelly Dover made sure I understood every email, every disclosure that was needed to review or sign. I never was in the dark of what step I was at or what was signed. Kelly Dover and her team were courteous, personable, patient, respectful, and professional Every interaction, which is hard in this day and time for everything is fast paced. For instance there was a time during the underwriting process when it was not looking good for me, or so it felt , then Kelly would call me, build up my confidence, restructure her approach ado for 50 more archived documents, a written statement, my left pinky toe, a pint of blood, a bank statement and end the call with , "Thank You". I wish all businesses were conducted live Cross country Mortgage, they are the Peoples Mortgage Company. They are compassionate, empathetic, and passionate about satisfying their clients. As an Army veteran I plan on recommending them to my entire contact list for I applaud their commitment, integrity, dedication to the veteran community and disabled individuals everywhere. No wonder they have successfully been in business over 2 decades, they are definitely The G.O.A.Ts in the mortgage industry!
