I love working with builders, agents, and especially enjoy having the one on one relationship with clients and being able to go over their financing needs and options. I feels it’s important to be very honest and up front with all my clients on what it takes to become a homeowner. I have experience in all types of financing such as purchase loans, refinance, down payment assistance programs and construction to perm loans, and have worked with several builders over the past few years while continuing to grow new relationships with realtors.
