Maybe you’re:

😱 The Spooky One
⏰ The Procrastinator

And if you’re a Dickerson client, don’t forget to ask us about our FREE Defensive Driving Course. 🚗

This month’s Mostly Mutts spotlight is here! 🐾

Meet Conan and Kelly, two sweet pets looking for families to call their own.

🐶 Conan is a 10-year-old Terrier/Spitz mix with the energy and enthusiasm of a much younger pup. He loves walks, hikes, tennis balls, and spending time close to his people. Conan is gentle, plays well with other dogs, and has even graduated from Mostly Mutts’ immersive training program, where he learned basic commands, leash manners, door etiquette, and polite greetings.

🐱 Kelly is an 8-month-old tortie kitten who is equal parts playful and affectionate. She loves spring toys, crinkle balls, wands, laser pointers, tunnels, and watching the world from a cozy window spot. Kelly gets along well with other cats, has done well with dogs, and loves curling up near her people when playtime is over.

Both of these sweet faces are waiting for their next chapter. ❤️

Contact Mostly Mutts Animal Rescue to learn more about Conan and Kelly, adoption, volunteering, and ways to support them.

Even if you’re not ready to adopt, sharing this post could help these cuties reach the right families!

Fall is a great time to give your home a quick check before colder weather settles in. 🍂🏡

Cleaning your gutters, checking your roof, and trimming nearby branches are simple maintenance steps that can help reduce the chance of bigger problems later.

And if you’ve made major updates or changes to your home this year, it may also be a good time to make sure your insurance information is still up to date.

Save this checklist for your fall home care — and share it with someone who might need the reminder.

With heavy hearts, we share that Otis crossed the rainbow bridge last Friday. 🤍🌈

Otis was our beloved office ambassador and a cherished part of the Dickerson Agency family for many years.

He took his office duties seriously: making sure everyone gave him attention, keeping a watchful eye on anyone eating lunch, and patiently waiting for his toys to come to life. He had a way of making an ordinary workday a little brighter — and a lot more fun.

His bio on our website said it best: “Everything about Otis is fun, and that’s a fact.” That’s how we’ll remember him — with smiles, stories, and so much love.

Our hearts are with his owner, our former Operations Manager Matt Lutes, and everyone who loved Otis.

Thank you for all the joy you brought us, sweet boy. You’ll always be part of our story. 🐾
