Marite’s career has always centered on helping people improve their financial opportunities. Before entering mortgage lending, she worked in international development and microfinance, helping entrepreneurs gain access to capital. Mortgage lending became a natural next step—allowing her to combine education, problem-solving and finance while helping families achieve one of life’s biggest milestones.

What Marite loves most is helping clients move from feeling overwhelmed to feeling informed and confident. Guiding them through the process, answering their questions and celebrating when they receive the keys to their new home is incredibly rewarding.

Her top tip for homebuyers? Talk to a lender before you begin shopping. A strong pre-approval helps you understand your budget and gives you time to address potential concerns before you’re under contract, making the entire process smoother.
