Originally from Houston, Texas, Linda is excited to join the team because she believes it is the best in the industry, and she always wants to be part of the best.

Outside of work, she enjoys singing, reading great books, drinking great coffee, people-watching, and enjoying good food. Her favorite way to spend a day off is shopping at Zara, the Galleria, or Target, and she also loves going to the movies. She is a proud Houston Texans fan, a morning person, and a beach person. Winter is her favorite season. This year, she is especially looking forward to staying healthy, remodeling her kids’ bathroom, shopping, and eating lots of good food.

Santorini, Greece is on her travel bucket list, and Morocco is her favorite place she has visited because of the food, the shopping, and the hospitality. Her favorite movies include Titanic, My Big Fat Greek Wedding, The Godfather, When Harry Met Sally, and Top Gun: Maverick, and one of her favorite quotes is, “If you think you can, you can, and if you think you can’t, guess what? You can’t.”

Her biggest accomplishment is her four children, two boys and two girls, who have dynamic personalities. A fun fact about her is that she is younger on the inside than she is on the outside, and she lives for a great laugh.

Originally from Gillett, Arkansas, a town of about 600 people, Derrick now calls Florida home. After moving there, he realized he is more of a mountains person than a beach person.

Outside of work, Derrick enjoys woodworking and loves building things and challenging himself with something new, though he admits it drives him a little crazy while he is doing it. He is also a proud Texas Longhorns fan. His favorite way to spend a day off is finding ways to get his two girls out of the house.

Originally from San Diego, Erik now calls Virginia Beach home. After about a decade in the restaurant industry, he brought his passion for helping people into mortgage lending. He became a mortgage loan originator because he wants to support people through one of the biggest purchases of their lives and help make the process a positive experience.

Outside of work, Erik is a huge foodie who enjoys trying new restaurants, and Redhead Bay Cafe and Atlantic on Pacific are among his local favorites. He also loves to travel and hopes to visit Italy one day. When he is not exploring new places or restaurants, you might find him hiking, playing disc golf, cheering on the Detroit Lions, or hanging out with his cat, Shiba.
