FHFA Announces 5.6% Increase in Conforming Loan Limits for 2024

Effective 12/2/2023:
Excelerate Capital is aligning with the Federal Housing Finance Agency (“FHFA”) and their recent announcement on November 29, 2023, of the Conforming Loan Limits (“CLLs”) for 2024. We've included new loan limit charts for both Baseline Loan Limits as well as High-Cost Area Loan Limits.

🔺️ June Top Producers 🔺️

Big props and congratulations to our top-producing Account Executives for June as well as the entire EC Team. The rollout of our SELECT programs has been a huge success and has propelled us back over $100M in total funded business for the month!

Frankie Rodriguez reclaims his top spot on the leaderboard, just passing Ken To by about $700K in volume and knocking him into 2nd place, although he did best Framkie in total units with 34. Rounding out our top three AE's for the month was Melody Gibson with just under $7M in funded business. Great job!

We don't publish these numbers to brag, but to honor those whose efforts make us successful. Without our awesome Sales Team, we wouldn't be where we are today.
