Mortgage Myth Monday🕵️ FHA loans are not just for those with low income or low credit scores. I have had multiple clients with good credit and income choose a FHA loan because of the lower down payment requirements and the lower rates. If you’re not putting 20% down a FHA loan could be perfect for you.
