🛑Don’ts during your loan process🛑
*Don’t allow anyone to check your credit, attempt to open or increase any liabilities, including credit cards, loans or financing a new car
*Don’t overdraft any bank accounts
*Don’t quit your job
*Don’t prepay any fees, other than the appraisal, during the process and do not pay off debts without first consulting your loan officer
*Don’t make any large deposits that cannot be documented or sourced in an accesible manner. No large CASH deposits
*Don’t close, open or transfer any asset accounts or make any transfers within your existing bank accounts
