This closing is a little extra special because this story started back in 2024.

When the Bredas, this powerhouse couple, came to me, they had already met with several lenders (big & small) and had only 10–15 days remaining on their contract to purchase a 2.5-acre commercial site off the North Freeway.

We got to work, secured the commercial land financing, and met the deadline. 🙌🏽

Fast forward to today…

That same commercial property is now the foundation for their next chapter, EXPANSION. 📈

We just CLOSED & FUNDED a $5 MILLION SBA 7(a) Commercial Construction Loan to bring their vision to life on those same 2.5 acres.

From financing their commercial land acquisition in 2024 ➡️ to financing their $5,000,000 expansion in 2026…

THIS is what building relationships and growing with people looks like. 💪🏽❤️🤘🏽
