This month, we’re excited to recognize Michael, our Collections Manager, for always being willing to go the extra mile for those around him.

Michael is someone his coworkers can count on when they need a helping hand. He takes the time to answer questions, explain things, and make sure others have the support they need to succeed. He brings that same patience and helpful attitude to our members, taking the time to listen, answer questions, and help them find a way forward.

His willingness to take a few extra minutes to help someone, whether it’s a member or a coworker, makes a bigger difference than he probably realizes. We’re so grateful for the care and dedication Michael brings to his role and to the AlaTrust team every day.
