As many know by now, there was a .75% rate increase issued by the FED. We want to make sure everyone understands what this means. When we hear rate increase, we all assume that means mortgage rate but that is not the case. This will affect CREDIT CARD rates, AUTO rates, etc, meaning that minimum payments on credit cards will go up. What you can do now is reach out to Hometown and we can get rid of that high interest credit card balance and/or lower your mortgage payment.
