Congrats to Ireland van der Pyl for winning KSSK's Student Athlete of the Week! Ireland is a sophomore at 'Iolani School, who plays libero for the Raiders' Girls Volleyball team. She's already been invited to camps at prestigious schools like Nebraska, Stanford and Harvard. In the classroom, she's holding down a 4.2 GPA. Outside of school and sports, she helped start a non-profit that puts on volleyball clinics for underserved children, and she's the Hawai'i ambassador for the Dig Pink Foundation, whose mission is breast cancer awareness and research. 👏👏👏
