So happy for our clients Brian and Victoria on closing their fully renovated condo with incredible views. This was not an easy deal. The competition was strong with multiple cash offers on the table.

Huge shoutout to for getting our financed offer accepted in a cash-heavy situation. 👏

Here is what was happening behind the scenes:

This property had its challenges. It was on the Fannie Mae CPM list, which can stop most deals in their tracks. Instead of walking away, we leaned in and found a way to make it work.

My team and I worked directly with the VA to secure a one-time approval for the unit. That opened the door for our clients to move forward on what is truly their dream condo.

Even with all of this, we stayed ahead of every step and were able to get the file clear to close ahead of schedule.

This is what we do. We structure, solve, and execute.
