McLeod Capital Lending Inc is proud to announce that we financed these 5 deals recently.

Single Family primary residence in Miami valued at $415,000 and we provided a $300,000 fha loan for debt consolidation.

Single Family Rental property in Florida City. Valued at $360,000 was under a seller financing contract. With a $270,000 loan the borrower was able to finally pay the seller for the house and cash out the rest to invest in his business.

Single Family Primary Home in Lauderdale Lakes Florida. This was valued at $545,000. We did a cash out refinance loan to pay off current mortgage balance and keep to rest of the funds as cash to close for their upcoming million dollar home.

Townhouse in North Lauderdale Florida. First time homebuyer was able to purchase a $310,000 home taking out a conventional loan for $295,000.

Single Family Rental in Miami Gardens.
Appraisal came back at $750,000. This was renovation completion loan. Borrower was able to pay off current debt of $423,000 and use another $50,000 to complete renovations. New loan amount $495,000. Now that it’s completed its move in ready and is listed for rent at $5700 per month.

Another challenging deal closed. $443,000 loan amount on a $500,000 new construction home in Port St Lucie Fl. This loan left out of the hands of two different mortgage brokers that couldn’t figure out a way to help my borrower. Very excited that we closed this deal in Merrit Island Fl for another new investor. We structured the deal to a 30 y Frm 5y pp Dscr loan 80% ltv with interest rate below 8%. Congrats to the buyers agent Siana Summey for finding the perfect profitable asset and cash flowing property for her client. With enough coverage to service the debt and market rent being higher than actual rent this was a steal of a deal. A 4 bedroom 2 bathroom for $280,000 and the property was already occupied! McLeod Capital Fund NMLS Id:2460689 is proud to announce that we closed a $600,000 loan on a $1,500,000 property in Parkland Florida. My borrower was in a hard money loan that was charging 12% interest rate and needed to exit since the loan had matured. We used business bank statements to get the borrower into a 7.25% 30 FRM saving a whopping 18,000 per year and closing before the lock expired. I built great relationships not just with the borrower but with the private lender I helped to put the principal back in his pocket. Thanks to Jeannette Perdomo for executing an efficient hassle free closing and Gustavo Porto for helping out with processing!
