🏡❤️ **20 YEARS OF RENTING… AND NOW THEY'RE HOMEOWNERS!!** 🔑🎉

This closing in Columbus, Georgia, is one that will always hold a special place in my heart!

First, let me tell you how these sweet buyers found me! A seller's agent from a recent closing was so impressed with the service, communication, and how we got that deal to the closing table that she decided to trust me with another transaction. And THAT is one of the biggest compliments I can receive as a lender! ❤️

Meet the **Sherrells!** After renting an apartment for **20 YEARS**, they decided it was finally time to have something they could call THEIR OWN!

They had previously worked with another lender, but unfortunately, they didn't receive the patience and guidance they needed. As first time homebuyers who weren't the most comfortable with technology, they needed someone willing to slow down, explain things, answer questions, and walk alongside them throughout the process.
