Clear to close in 14 DAYS 🥂 And this one was special!

At 37 weeks pregnant, a repeat client and childhood friend of mine texted me on a Tuesday evening saying she needed a pre-approval because her dream home was about to hit the market. I had she and her husband pre-approved within the hour, and by Thursday they were under contract📝

Born & raised in Evergreen, AL, Tanner graduated from Troy University in 2019 before moving to the Gulf Coast where she began her career in the mortgage industry. After serving as a loan officer assistant until 2021, she decided to take the leap into originating full-time. Tanner is passionate about leading our team, giving back to the communities we serve, and helping first-time homebuyers navigate the path to homeownership, knowing every client’s story and financial situation is unique. Movement Mortgage Day of Service ♥️

The Alabama Market had an amazing day yesterday spending time with the students, teachers & staff at Movement School South Fulton Elementary in ATL. We served lunch, spent time with the kiddos, and got schooled in PE by 6 year olds 😂
