I have a passion for helping clients structure their loans to meet their personal goals, I have been helping Colorado borrowers since 1991. Over the last 36 years, I have worked in most aspects of the mortgage business including processing, underwriting, originating, sales and operations management. My in-depth knowledge of virtually all loan programs guarantees the best terms possible for home loans of any size. I am passionate about my work with first-time home buyers, and about the people, families, and relationships that are based on trust and expertise. By providing highly competitive rates combined with fantastic service and communication throughout the entire process, I have clients for life. The mortgage business is my career, I enjoy what I do and I am excited about challenges. In 2010 I was honored to receive the Colorado Mortgage Broker of the Year award, presented by the Colorado Association of Mortgage Professionals.
