I have a passion for helping clients structure their loans to meet their personal goals, I have been helping Colorado borrowers since 1991. Over the last 36 years, I have worked in most aspects of the mortgage business including processing, underwriting, originating, sales and operations management. My in-depth knowledge of virtually all loan programs guarantees the best terms possible for home lo

ans of any size. I am passionate about my work with first-time home buyers, and about the people, families, and relationships that are based on trust and expertise. The mortgage business is my career, I enjoy what I do and I am excited about challenges. In 2010 I was honored to receive the Colorado Mortgage Broker of the Year award, presented by the Colorado Association of Mortgage Professionals. If you are thinking of buying a house - use our lender paid rate buydown of 1%. Keeping the rate at a lower rate for 12 payments. Available in all states I am licensed in. Builder lenders are not the only one that can offer rates in the 4's :)

I work with a lot of folks that have gone through a divorce. When there is a home that is part of that divorce, it can get sticky. One thing to remember is that you can still likely be counted as a first time buyer after a divorce.

As I get ready to celebrate 34 years in the mortgage business, I have been reflecting on what keeps me so passionate about what I do.
